Job Overview: Nirah Early Years is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Engage children in creative activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and play. Encourage social and emotional development through interactive and hands-on learning experiences. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar teaching role. Strong understanding of child development and early learning methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a warm and welcoming classroom environment.
