Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teachers to teach Tamil, English, Math, Science and social science to students of Kindergarten (KGs) to Grade 5.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area required
• Valid teaching certification
• Proven experience teaching secondary school students, preferably in a CBSE curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Teachers in and around Palani are Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to facilitate collaboration and support student success.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and actively contribute to the school's academic and extracurricular programs.
• Uphold the school's values and policies and serve as a positive role model for students both inside and outside the classroom.
