Job Description

KRAs of a assistant teacher:

• Classroom Management and Support :
• Assist the lead teacher in maintaining a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Help manage classroom behavior and implement routines that promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Prepare and organize materials and resources needed for daily activities and lessons.
• Student Engagement and Interaction :
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment by building positive relationships with students.
• Support individual students' needs by providing one-on-one or small group assistance.
• Encourage students' participation in classroom activities and facilitate their social and emotional development.
• Instructional Support :
• Assist in implementing the curriculum by supporting the lead teacher during lessons and activities.
• Help students with learning activities, including reading, writing, and hands-on projects.
• Provide feedback to the lead teacher on student progress and areas needing improvement.
• Communication and Collaboration :
• Maintain open and effective communication with the lead teacher, parents, and other staff members.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and prepare for classroom activities and events.
• Health and Safety :
• Ensure the well-being of students by following health and safety guidelines.
• Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Assist with hygiene routines, such as handwashing, toileting, and snack times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?4,000.00 per month
