The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with medical and safety standards. This role involves supervising and mentoring team members, developing work schedules, monitoring patient treatment plans, and liaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals to maintain seamless communication. The Nurse Ward Incharge will also ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies, maintain accurate patient records, and uphold a high standard of hygiene and safety within the ward.
