Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to clinical best practices and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vitals and symptoms, and document patient care activities.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings.
• Patient Education:
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection-control protocols.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Prepare reports and summaries as required by the healthcare facility.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare developments.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience:6 months to 1year
• Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move patients.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
