Nurse For Injection Duty
Job Description
• Administering Injections: Prepare and administer prescribed injections, ensuring correct dosage and type of medication.
• Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct assessments to determine patient suitability for injections and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Medication Management: Handle, store, and manage medications according to protocols and guidelines.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on medication purposes, potential side effects, and aftercare.
• Infection Control: Follow strict infection control practices to ensure patient safety.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all injections and related patient interactions.
• Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with homecare manager and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Rehabilitation Duties: Assist in Avanta Rehabilitation Centre when not administering injections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
