Good handle on user roles, permission, and creating custom dashboards . Good functional knowledge of Financials, P2P, and O2C processes . Ready to work in rotational 2nd and night shifts . Good written and verbal communication skills . Ability to analyze user issues, find the root causes and provide a solution . Working knowledge of any ticketing system e.g. JIRA
