Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).

Job Summary: As a Montessori School Teacher (Nursery and Kindergarten), you are responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. You play an important role in the early development of children, fostering a love for learning and supporting their social and emotional well-being. So, candidates must have a passion for working with young children and possess the skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of young children.

Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote exploration, discovery, and play-based learning in alignment with NTT principles.

Classroom Management and Environment:

Establish a safe, welcoming, and child-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and positive social interactions.

Organize and maintain classroom materials, resources, and learning centers to facilitate children's exploration, creativity, and independent learning.

Individualized Instruction and Assessment:

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs, interests, and learning styles of individual children, providing personalized support and guidance as needed.

Conduct ongoing observation and assessment of children's progress and development, using a variety of assessment tools and techniques to inform instructional planning and decision-making.

Social-Emotional Learning and Support:

Implement social-emotional learning (SEL) activities and strategies to promote children's self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them navigate social interactions, express their feelings, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 2years of experience working as a nursery teacher or early childhood educator.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with young children, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude to create a supportive and caring environment for children.

Knowledge of child development theories and practices, including early literacy and numeracy, art, music, and physical education.

Knowledge of child safety and emergency procedures
