Position: NTT Teacher
Location: J D Academy
Salary Range: ?8,000 - ?10,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months in teaching (Freshers are also welcome)

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons for young children, following the NTT curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to support learning.
• Assess and monitor students' progress through observations, feedback, and reports.
• Foster a love for learning and creativity among students.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the overall development of students.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and provide regular updates on student progress.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure discipline in a positive, constructive manner.
• Participate in school events, training, and professional development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: NTT/D.LEd certification (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in dealing with young children.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Personal Traits:
• Passion for teaching and working with young children.
