TRADE CERTIFICATE (ITI)




Under the supervision of NRW and in consultation with the ship staff, assist in planning, Scheduling & execution of time based and running hour based routines on all major machinery as per Original Equipment manufacturer's document


Defect identification, Formulation of repair procedure, Identifying spares, defect rectification, coordination with ship staff


undertake removal of mechanical and ultrasonic cleaning and replacement of all types of air water, oil filters fitted in different systems.


Undertake replacement of lube oils /coolants /Ultra high purity water /chemicals of various systems


Formulate shop floor test and trail procedure in consultation with ship staff, QC Rep, R Consultant and Indian OEMs


Submission of test and trail procedure to NRW manager and follow up for swift approvals


Assist manager in arranging shore support requirement for conduct of DI/DR
