Who are we looking for?

Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboard a highly skilled \xe2\x80\x9cNPT Engineer\xe2\x80\x9d for overall functioning for New Product Transition flow from phase releases as per the company guide lines/standards & tracking key product metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall functioning for New Product Transition flow from phase releases as per the company guide lines/standards.
• Tracking key product metrics.
• Leading cross-functional team\xe2\x80\x99s meetings.
• Data gathering and analysis.
• Present product data metrics to the stake holders and able recommend decision for product phase approval and releases.
• Sense the spark(issues) in the product transition flow and work with CFT to get a solution.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of Project/program management experience.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Presentation and Persuasion.
• Easy going/easy to work with.
• Self-driven
• Willing to work in US based timings.

Good to have:

• Project/Program Management certifications.
