About the role

As Reckitt's Senior Procurement Manager for Non-Production Spending (NPS), take the lead on a significant procurement portfolio and craft the sourcing strategies that will drive our business forward. You'll be at the forefront of market analyses, supplier management, and negotiations that impact our global operations. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

• Be responsible for managing a substantial spend portfolio, honing your expertise and shaping procurement strategies.
• Grow and guide a team of Procurement Managers and Senior Buyers, fostering their development and driving optimal performance.
• Align with budget holders to clarify project scopes, ensuring procurement activities support the wider business goals.
• Execute regional and global sourcing strategies, e-tenders, and complex contract negotiations.
• Enhance supplier relationships and performance, ensuring they align with contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The experience we're looking for

• Proven analytical and negotiation capabilities with a strong track record.
• Practical experience in leading and managing risk opportunities, particularly those related to currency.
• Expertise in navigating various internal interests, with comprehensive knowledge in procurement and complex legal contracts.
• Prior people management exposure, preferably overseeing diverse commodities or geographical areas.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics to proactively manage sourcing and contracting activities.
