Marketing Manager
Job description :
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the Marketing team to meet business objectives.
- Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Create and deliver an employer branding strategy. Run online and on-ground campaigns to achieve this.
- Run digital and social media campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads from prospective global customers.
- Generate customer and employee insights and integrate them into marketing strategy.
- Create content marketing strategy and develop content through in-house teams and external agencies.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop and run marketing campaigns for employer branding & demand generation.
- Conduct weekly meetings with vertical heads of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Video Marketing, PR & On-ground marketing.
- Provide marketing support to internal functions e.g. HR, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, etc.
- Identify opportunities and campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
- Understanding B2B funnel management and grow sales ready leads.
- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
- Build KPI for weekly reporting to show impacts from the marketing department.
Desirables :
- 12+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in a managerial role in marketing.
- Strong experience in creating a brand strategy and delivering it through executional excellence.
- Expertise and proven track record in employer brand building.
- Strong experience in running demand generation campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Expertise and proven track record in Content Marketing on Digital & Social Media.
- Proficiency in working with external agencies to develop & implement Online and on-ground Marketing campaigns.
- B2B marketing experience preferably from the Technology industry
- Excellent leadership & team playing skills. Track record of building and coaching high-performing Marketing teams.
- Highly driven, self-motivated & result-oriented. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent at cross-functional collaboration.
- Flexible, Open to new ideas & willing to adapt.
