: North Sales Executive

Position Overview:

Next Footstep Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic North Sales Executive to join our sales team. The North Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the northern region. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the northern region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of services.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the northern region as required.
