As a North Indian Chef at [Insert Company Name], you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our signature North Indian dishes. - Develop and innovate new dishes while maintaining the authenticity of North Indian cuisine.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques and presentation standards.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and control food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing portion sizes.
- Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
