The successful candidate will be responsible for providing e-mail and chat support to the company's clients, ensuring insurance holder queries are addressed, and handling complaints.Responsibilities:

  • Provide e-mail and chat support to the company's clients
  • Address insurance holder queries to their satisfaction
  • Handle insurance holder complaints and escalate them to a supervisor when necessary

  • Graduates from any stream except B.Tech, BCA, BSC IT
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Comfortable with night shifts
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Computer savvy with good knowledge of advanced Excel
  • Fully vaccinated
  • Mumbai-based candidates only
