• Job Designation: Operations Executive (Non-voice/ Email process)
• Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is essential for this role.

Overview : As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing operations related to corporate services, and retail operations. This position involves handling document attestations, visa applications, embassy coordination, and providing comprehensive client support, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role requires a strong focus on organization, communication, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Email-focused global communications , including calls (Inbound or outbound).
• Reply to up to 100 emails a day, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries .
• Facilitate document attestation and visa application processes for corporate and retail clients.
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the visa application process, including personalized advice and identifying upsell opportunities .
• Stay informed about visa policies, travel destinations, and immigration regulations.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers for smooth application processing.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and work with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to data protection regulations, corporate travel policies, and service level agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably in BPO, travel, or consumer services industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, visa processing tools, document management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
