We are seeking a skilled and motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for non-IT positions across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental Services, and more. This is a remote position open to nationals residing in India.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for non-IT positions from job requisition through candidate placement. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.\xc2\xb7 Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with US clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and deliver high-quality candidates.\xc2\xb7 Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and attract top talent for non-IT roles.\xc2\xb7 ATS Management: Effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BullHorn, iSmartRecruit) to track candidate progress, manage job postings, and maintain recruitment data.\xc2\xb7 Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.\xc2\xb7 Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, and manage documentation related to candidate placements.\xc2\xb7 Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and other team members to ensure alignment on client requirements, recruitment strategies, and performance goals.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in US non-IT recruitment with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Assembler, CNC Machinist, Warehouse Worker, Material Handler, and Administrative positions.\xc2\xb7 Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for various non-IT industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental Services, Retail, and Scientific sectors.\xc2\xb7 Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder) and social media for sourcing. Experience with ATS systems (BullHorn, iSmartRecruit) and understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, EAD, Green Card).\xc2\xb7 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates effectively.\xc2\xb7 Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple tasks, clients, and recruitment processes simultaneously.\xc2\xb7 Preferred: Advanced Boolean search techniques, VMS/MSP system experience, and familiarity with diverse non-IT recruitment practices.Candidates with a pure Non-IT recruitment background are highly encouraged to apply.
