Creation of regular financial reports and supporting budget tracking.Tasks:

• NCOGS PO Creation \xe2\x80\x93 Crosschecking of Purchase Request Form that the required Accounting Details are entered
• NCOGS PO Creation \xe2\x80\x93 Aligning with Controlling Department in ensuring NCOGS purchase orders are correctly Cost-allocated (if wrongly provided by SCM)
• NCOGS PO Creation \xe2\x80\x93 Entering the Purchase Request Details in LEO for the PO Creation
• NCOGS Invoices - Coordination with SCM, External Service Providers and Accounting Departments in resolving all Invoice related dispute & discrepancies
• Transport Invoices \xe2\x80\x93 Approval of Invoices before payment to Forwarders by crosschecking that Services billed correspond to the correct Purchase Orders
• Invoice Header List \xe2\x80\x93 Extract and Analyse Data generated from SAP to identify the Transport related Invoices
• Invoice Approval List \xe2\x80\x93 Comparison of all Transport Invoices and the respective transports to ensure that the invoiced amounts are correct
• Invoice Approval List \xe2\x80\x93 Provision of a full view on all Transports and the respective Invoices to provide a Data base for the Yearly Budget Transportation Cost calculation
• Data Logger \xe2\x80\x93 Purchase Orders creation as per CMO and SCM Request
• Data Logger \xe2\x80\x93 Approval of Sensitech Invoices before payment by crosschecking that the invoice corresponds to the correct Purchase Order
• Data Logger \xe2\x80\x93 Record and Monitoring of all Orders supplied and respective Invoices received for Operational purposes
• Analysis of LEO generated Reports for creation of financial reports or statements to SCM & Other Managers
• Training of EM CHC Europe Employees regarding NCOGS processes and systems
• Providing data for Bi-monthly SC Forum meeting and SC Excellence Bulletin Report
• Contact person internally for general NCOGS related issues

About youQualificationsCompleted commercial apprenticeship (ideally in a pharmaceutical company)

• Commercial education with a focus on logistics or finance

• First professional experience of at least one - two years in the field

of accounting, controlling or similar

• A pronounced numerical understanding

• Good MS Office knowledge and ideally very good Excel skills

• Very good teamwork and a strong service orientation

• Fluent in English

• SAP experience ideally
