Position : Process Executive - Non-Voice International Support
Role : Byte Dance
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle international customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions through non-voice channels such as email and chat.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and prepare reports as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a non-voice process or similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and rotational shift environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?340,000.00 per year
