Job Description
• Provide customer support to clients through both voice and non-voice
• Follow up with customers and ensure their needs
• Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client's services
• Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customer
Age between 18 to 26 years
