Job Description
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions through and non-voice channels
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously
• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
Requirements
• ??Minimum educational qualification 12th pass
• ??Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
• ??Immediate joining is preferred
• ??3 months to 6 months of experience preferred, but freshers can also apply

Pay: ?15,025.23 - ?20,041.04 per month
