Non-Voice Support Provide customer support through written communication channels, such as email, chat, and calls. Candidate also involve data entry, document processing, and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot customer query and provide solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Enter and process data
  • Generate invoices
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
