Job Description
Non Voice Customer Care Executive Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Shift Timing: 9 hours/day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off Salary:
- -Freshers: 23100 CTC + Night Shift Allowance
- -Experienced :-27k CTC + Night Shift Allowance
(Negotiable; at least 1 year experience with a previous 3-month salary slip showing 18k salary) Benefits:

- 7 days of accommodation provided for outstation candidates
- Video Induction & Interview
- Assessment Test
- HR Round via Zoom meeting (includes salary discussion)
- Client Interview via Zoom meeting (final round)
- Successful candidates proceed to Assessment Round
- Schedule HR Round post-assessment
- Client Round scheduled within 10-15 days
- Feedback provided via email or HR call
- Missing the Google Meet induction will disqualify you.
- Feedback on your application will be communicated through email or HR call.
