Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various non-IT roles across multiple industries. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics for non-IT roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Use job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and high-volume positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in recruiting for non-IT roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience recruiting for high-volume positions.
• Knowledge of employment market trends in various industries.
• Networking skills to build strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
