Job Title: HR Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HR Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for sourcing top talent, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles using job portals, social media, networking, and other innovative methods.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract the right talent.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
• Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
• Offer Management: Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability in the non-IT sector.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the non-IT domain.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for industries like BPO, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, or Healthcare.
• Knowledge of bulk hiring, campus hiring, or lateral hiring.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
