Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from planning and sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a streamlined and effective process.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience and representing KoreRPO's brand values.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet hiring needs, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, adaptability, and effectiveness in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the performance of recruitment strategies and channels, driving informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Non-IT roles.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including both day and night shifts, to accommodate different time zones and client requirements.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
