Source diverse candidates through various channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Engage with clients to understand staffing needs. Create and post compelling job descriptions. Build and maintain candidate relationships. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
