We are seeking a talented Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find the right talent to support our business objectives.
Job Summary:
As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-technical roles across the organization. Your primary focus will be on identifying top talent in areas such as [e.g., sales, marketing, operations, human resources, etc.], ensuring a strong cultural fit and alignment with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, providing timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including preparing interview materials and questions.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT roles.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?10,808.80 - ?30,552.67 per month
