Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Carry out recruitment drives and conducting interviews for capturing the best talent from the market as per companys business requirements
Evaluate candidates against the business requirements
Plan and conduct walk - ins on a regular basis
Negotiate and explain salary to new joiners
Work with team to improvise on the existing recruitment patterns to make recruitment more cost and time effective
Proficiently prepare and maintain the candidate tracking sheet
