overseeing recruitment for Housing.com & Proptiger.com.

• Acted as HR Business Partner for the Sales team in the Kolkata & Bhubaneswar

region.

• Managed a team of 90+ employees across Sales functions in two business units.
• Led end-to-end recruitment processes for the sales unit, including sales hiring,

mid-level hiring, and leadership hiring.

• Implemented employee engagement initiatives, conducted performance

management, and managed the employee lifecycle.

• Conducted employment verification, handled HR analysis, grievance

management, joining formalities, and exit interviews.

• Developed and executed manpower planning & forecasting strategies.
• Contributed to the "Come Home" initiative project at REA India to enhance

employee experience.
