Purchaser - Non Food

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers for non-food categories. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best deals. Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations. Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to forecast demand and ensure proper stock management. Conduct market research to stay updated on product trends and pricing. Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and quality standards. Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure reliability and quality. Manage returns, replacements, and claims for defective or substandard products. Assist in setting up new product categories based on market demand.
