Job Description

• Applications and creating systems by efficiently architecting the client's requirements into amazing product features and supporting business functions within any industry vertical. They mentor team members by reviewing their code, conducting targeted quality testing, and enhancing software applications in terms of performance and user experiences.
• You should have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade software applications by leveraging your strong software engineering background, solid experience in Python and its frameworks, internal understanding of SQL and No-SQL
• Databases and familiarity with cloud environments including Azure. You should be able to take ownership of multiple functionalities and work with cross-functional Technology, Product, Engineering, and QA/Testing teams.

JOB DESCRIPTIONWHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Understand complex requirements, scope, and architect major features for junior developers to enhance the product.
• Think in terms of the future possibility of features, backward compatibility, and application performance.
• Enhance the architecture of our growing digitalization platform to accomplish the objectives of our technology roadmap.
• Write quality code (with comments, unit tests & documentation), design, implement, and manage data pipelines at enterprise scale with data migration and production data maintenance.
• Collaborate with different teams to conceptualize, design, and build highly scalable and reliable software solutions with REST APIs following SDLC best practices and DevOps principles.
• Work closely with product, project and business teams.

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

• 8+ years in software engineering role.
• In-depth knowledge of Python and its open-source ecosystem.
• Expertise in techniques for data modeling, storage and access.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining microservices and REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud scale.
• Passion for CI/CD and DevOps.
• Interest in Cloud native architecture, Distributed microservices, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud scalability, performance and High availability.
• Interest in software craftsmanship and passion for modern methods such as Kanban, Scrum, TDD and pair programming.
• An appreciation of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management.
• Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code and infrastructure automation in cloud environments like Azure, AWS is a plus.
