Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design software solutions. Develop software applications using .NET, Java, Open Source technologies, and other relevant programming languages. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Create and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. Design and develop web applications, ensuring a user-friendly and responsive interface. Develop and maintain Android applications, following best practices for performance and usability. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation. Collaborate with the QA team to conduct thorough testing and ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and apply them to enhance software development processes and methodologies. Document software specifications, workflows, and user guides to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations. Work within project timelines and deliver software solutions according to agreed-upon schedules. Participate in knowledge transfer and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, including .NET, Java, Open Source technologies, web development, Android app development, and database management. Strong programming skills and expertise in various programming languages. Proficiency in database management, including database design, SQL, and data modeling. Experience in developing web applications using frameworks such as ASP.NET, Spring, or Django. Familiarity with Android app development, including Java or Kotlin. Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and debug software issues. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Experience with cloud technologies and services is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
