We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Node.js Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using Node.js. Work on server-side logic, databases, APIs, and integrations. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code. Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Lead the architecture and development of backend components, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend services. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in Node.js backend software development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance systems. Solid understanding of database systems, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.

Nice to have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean and Ali Cloud (Plus). Familiarity with DevOps processes. Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker. Exposure to micro-services architecture and distributed system.
