We are looking for an innovative and skilled NoCode/LowCode Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications using NoCode and LowCode platforms such as Retool, Make.com, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating efficient and scalable solutions to support our business processes and enhance our platform's capabilities.

As a member of our team, there may be opportunities for you to visit our European headquarters for business trips. These trips offer a unique chance to collaborate with team members from other locations and gain a broader understanding of the company's operations and goals.

Your Role:

? Develop and maintain applications using NoCode/LowCode platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

? Optimize and automate workflows to streamline business processes and improve user experience.

? Implement integrations with various third-party services and APIs to extend platform functionality.

? Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

? Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in NoCode/LowCode technologies to drive innovation.

? Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Your profile:

? A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in NoCode/LowCode development, with hands-on experience in platforms like Retool, Make.com, or similar.

? Proven ability to design and implement scalable and efficient applications.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

? Experience with API integrations and a solid understanding of data management and manipulation.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

? A proactive approach with a high level of ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

? Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Hindi and/or German is a plus.
