Were looking for people who are passionate about payments to chart Worldpays path to being the largest and most-loved payments company in the world.About the teamThe Leveraged NOC is responsible for any non-transactional or banking traffic (user, replication, etc) within the data centre. The Leveraged NOC will support this function by monitoring all devices from Edge routers down to the core to ensure stability. Any time connectivity is lost, it is the Leveraged NOCs responsibility to ensure rapid troubleshooting and carrier escalation takes place. The Leveraged NOC works with multiple technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Citrix to name a few. From time to time, the Leveraged NOC will also be responsible to make corrective changes in the event of an outage.What you will be doing:In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of the FIS network, and its clients. You will be equipped with the tools to monitor and identify faults in the network. Once identified, you will then need to use standard network troubleshooting skills to either resolve or move the incident towards resolution.

What you bring:

• Previous experience and training on Cisco and/or Juniper technologies.

• A fundamental understanding of how to perform network changes.

• Ability to multitask

• A go-getter. The ideal candidate will think outside the box to identify potential root causes.

Added bonus if you have:

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent

• A Bachelors degree in an IT, or equivalent foundation of study.

• Relevant work experience within the IT field.
