Experience : Freshers (Basic Knowledge in NOC)
Skillset :
• Knowledge in understanding on terminologies like DWDM, SDH, IP Networks.
• Knowledge on Telecom services / product
• knowledge on OSS Product stacks, especially HP Network monitoring tools and Service Manager
• Good understanding of Network performance monitoring and related tools.
• Understanding of Fiber network E2E topology.
• Ability to analyse and provide the MIS management reports / trends report
• Basic understanding of the Telecom services / product knowledge
• Basic Understanding software / hardware related issues
• Basic knowledge in Service Manager or trouble ticket system
Certifications : CCNA/MSCE/ITIL trained.
Responsibility :
• Responsible for Critical and Major Network fault and network escalated cases.
• Responsible for NOC 24x7 Operations, especially in System Management/System monitoring Environment
• Resolution of Incidents within TAT / MTTR / Within defined SLA
• Supporting project team to optimize EMS resources & support project team for ticketing & SLA performance dashboard optimization.
• Monitoring the report generation & availability/accuracy of SLA reports pertaining to projects.
• Monitoring of EMS availability/Uptime with project team to achieve respective EMS SLA's.
• Maintain MTTR, RFO and Service reports to the customers as per the KPI
• Analyse issues/Gaps raised by internal teams and Customer, accordingly taken up with L2 teams for Smooth Operations
