PIA Telecaller Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and persuasive Callers to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and assisting them with their inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote NoBrokerHood services.- Handle inbound queries and provide necessary information to customers.- Follow-up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.Key Requirements:- 0.6 - 2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with good communication skills can apply).- Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.- Ability to persuade and convince potential customers.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
