About the role:
- The role is part of mid management and will be responsible to build one of the newest business opportunities identified at NoBroker which is to help banks/NBFCs monetise distressed real estate assets by leveraging the platform and at the same time offering customers an interesting asset class for end use/investment purposes.
- The role is an external facing role involving building partnerships/alliances with banks/ NBFCs, integrating and operationalising their real estate inventory with NoBroker marketing, presales and ground team dedicated to the business.
- To give context of scale, this role will work on unlocking an opportunity of upwards of ~INR 20000 Crs in the locations where NoBroker is operational currently.

Requirements:
- ~5-8 years of B2B experience especially in building alliances from scratch in Fintech environment
- Ability to operationalise alliances at a scaleable business level and not only source partnerships
- Being 0 to 1 journey, open to get hands dirty to ensure success of alliance
- Smart and sharp to source leads and own the conversation with senior management of banks/ NBFCs
- Business education preferred but not mandatory
