This incumbent will be having expertise and extensive experience in graphic designing. This role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. The ideal candidate will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, marketing collaterals, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, teasers, mailers and more.Key Responsibilities :- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, graphics, and layouts for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media platforms.- Design Imaginary for Branding & Marketing Material such as Banners, Mailers, Brochure, Landing pages, Standees & posters, Social media posts, Info graphics, External presentation design, Design elements for website & blogs, AEP (Partner) collateral design, Logo and icon designs, Internal and student\'s newsletters, Book Covers, etc.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand design requirements and develop effective visual solutions.- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them improve their skills and deliver outstanding work.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continually enhance design output and maintain a competitive edge.- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design materials.- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to oversee the production process, ensuring accurate implementation of designs and adherence to brand standards.- Conduct design presentations to clients, stakeholders, or internal teams, effectively communicating design concepts, rationales, and strategies.- Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual and written content aligns seamlessly.- Conduct research and gather data on target audiences, market trends, and competitors to inform design decisions and deliver impactful visuals.- Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and efficient workflow.- Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and manipulate design elements.- Dimensions- This is an individual contributor roleRequirements :Skills & Competencies :- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Photoshop, 2D animation, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator etc. is essential.- Working Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript as added advantage.- A strong eye for visual composition & creativity- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including branding, marketing collateral, digital graphics, and layout design.- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed design decisions.- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologiesRequirements :Education & work experience :- Any Graduate and Diploma in Graphic Designing, Visual Arts, Multimedia or in related field.- Relevant work experience for 4 to 6 years as Graphic designer, preferably in senior/lead role- Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
