Scope of WorkHigh level scope includes:

• Syndicated Client Setup:

Client tuning during planned releases & Unit Testing QA / UAT Support Tuning bug fixes Support migrations across different environments (Dev, UAT) Prod releases and support Intermediate releases for Sev 1 issues Co-ordination with Syndicated development team for template related issues Co-ordination with Stakeholders (Global Client Liaison, Consultants) etc. Co-ordination with different teams Service Delivery, Portal Integration etc. Required Documentation as per the standard process

• Custom Report Development

Analysis of requirements Effort estimation Design MicroStrategy report development & Unit Testing QA / UAT Support Bug Fixes Support migrations across different environments (Dev, UAT) Prod releases and support Intermediate releases for Sev 1 issues Proof of concepts for custom report development Data visualization expert consultation / implementation (as per the project requirement) Co-ordination with Syndicated development team for template related issues Co-ordination with Stakeholders etc. Co-ordination with different teams Service Delivery, Portal Integration etc. Documentation Any upcoming work will be prioritized in JIRA and will be planned based on available capacity

• NEW CLIENT PROJECT SETUP / ARCHIVE OLD CLIENT PROJECTS

Analysis of requirement Effort estimation Cross team coordination (Service delivery, Nielsen Insight studio platform, consultants etc) Validation of project specificationsQualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience

• MBA/Post graduate
