Nippon Paint India Pvt, Ltd.Role/Designation : Officer/Senior Officer - Retail SalesLocation : ChennaiEducation : Any Degree (Regular) & preferably MBAExperience : 2 - 6 years of relevant experienceIndustry preferences : Paint, FMCG/FMCD, Tyre, Telecom, Tiles and sanitary Industries (Selling products through Dealers)Language : English & TamilAge : Maximum up to 30 yearsCTC Range : Up to INR 5.5 LacsRoles & responsibilities :- To grow volumes & market share for the entire range of products in the assigned territory.- To increase business through effective channel management.- To grow business through channel expansion (New Dealer Appointment).- To implement Brand promotional (BTL) activities & schemes initiated by corporate marketing team.- To continuously monitor competitor activities and identifying suitable strategies to protect and grow market share.- Accountable for sales collection.- Strictly adhere to the company policies.
