Job Title: Senior Manager - Finance Operations

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 54

:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for End to End finance operations work- AR, AP, Billing, Payments , Collection etc.

- Handle end to end Tax Compliances- Direct and Indirect.

- Ensure Month end closing on time.

- Ensure Ledgers reconciliations on time.

- Responsible for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Due Diligences etc.

- Ensure SOPs, Controls are being followed.

- This includes everything from budgeting, accounting, and financial planning to investment management, cash flow analysis, and tax compliance.

- Responsible for developing financial statements and budgets, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports for management review, reconciling bank statements, and performing audits of financial transactions.

- Work closely across all departments of the organization, as well as external parties such as vendors and customers.

- Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements and support reporting requirements.

- Monitor actual performance versus budget and report variances to management on a periodic basis.

- Manage Team and ensure books are maintained and complied with all the statutes.

- Be involved with mergers and acquisitions, which requires an understanding of complex accounting issues.

Requirements:

- CA with minimum 5-7 years of experience FinOps

- Team handling experience is must

- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information

- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners

- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills

- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools

- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
