Key Responsibilities Cab Dispatching: Monitor cab availability and efficiently dispatch cabs for night-time bookings through our dispatch system. Charging Management: Ensure all electric cabs are charged as required using various charging apps, and coordinate with drivers to maintain a smooth charging schedule. Customer Service: Provide prompt assistance to customers via phone and chat, addressing booking inquiries, ride updates, and resolving issues. Communication: Act as a point of contact for drivers, ensuring they have all relevant information and support for their shift. Record-Keeping: Document customer interactions, dispatch schedules, and charging activities accurately for reporting and tracking. Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and address any issues related to dispatch, charging, or customer service, escalating when necessary. Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in dispatch, customer service, or fleet management is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Skills: Comfortable using dispatch software and mobile apps for managing EV charging. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and provide solutions. Reliability: Must be dependable, as the role is essential for night operations.
