Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 9 PM - 6 AM (Indian Time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Associate to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/ITES sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients in the USA and Canada to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Technology (BTech), or a related IT field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the IT/ITES sector.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and commit to night shifts.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, with a results-driven approach.

• 9 PM - 6 AM (Indian Time)
