Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues via text/email/call.
• Data Entry: Accurately update information in our database.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare reports and maintain organized records.
• Social Media Savvy: Utilize basic knowledge of social media marketing in tasks.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Embrace varied responsibilities with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and tech-savvy with at least 1 year of computer experience.
• Eagerness to learn with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Work Hours:
This role requires a commitment to NIGHT SHIFT hours. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and ready to work either from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
