Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated VIP Service Executive to be a part of our elite team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison for our high-profile clients, guiding them through a personalized matchmaking journey. You will be responsible for understanding the unique preferences of each client and offering bespoke solutions that help them find their ideal match. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each VIP client enjoys an exceptional experience with Shaadi.com.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of matchmaking dynamics, and the ability to balance cultural and personal preferences. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for making meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• VIP Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of premium clients, understanding their preferences, and keeping them updated on potential matches.
• Provide one-on-one consultation, addressing client queries, and offering guidance on the matchmaking process.
• Tailored Matchmaking:
• Select and recommend matches based on the specific criteria shared by the client, including personal values, cultural, and family considerations.
• Provide clients with a customized approach, ensuring each match suggestion is well-thought-out and aligned with their expectations.
• Communication Facilitation:
• Coordinate and facilitate initial interactions between matched individuals, ensuring both parties are comfortable and informed.
• Guide clients through each stage of communication, offering advice on how to build a relationship.
• Relationship Counseling:
• Offer personalized support and advice on navigating challenges in the matchmaking process, helping clients overcome any hesitation or concerns.
• Assist clients in interpreting cultural, family, and personal preferences that influence matchmaking.
• Client Satisfaction:
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, track progress, and address any issues or concerns proactively.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism:
• Safeguard sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Exceptional Communication:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with high-profile clients in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
• Relationship Management:
• Ability to develop and nurture long-lasting relationships, with a strong understanding of individual client needs and expectations.
• Cultural Sensitivity:
• In-depth knowledge of various cultural, religious, and familial matchmaking preferences, ensuring the right matches are made with these considerations in mind.
• Customer Service Expertise:
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, especially in high-touch environments such as client servicing or relationship management.
• Problem-Solving:
• Quick-thinking and resourceful, able to resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Organizational Skills:
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring a high level of service across the board.
• Empathy & Patience:
• A compassionate listener who can engage with clients' personal stories, offering thoughtful and patient support throughout their journey.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship roles.
• HSC or Graduation in any discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?33,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
