Dating back to 1850, The Burman is not just a hotel; it\'s a timeless gem, proudly holding the title of the oldest continually operating hotel in Estonia.Purpose of the role:The Night Receptionist at The Burman Hotel provides overnight assistance to guests, handles late check-ins and early check-outs, and ensures the security and safety of the hotel during night hours. This role involves managing night audits and addressing any issues that arise overnight.Your responsibilities will be:

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, product offerings, service procedures, and standards.
• Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with check-ins and check-outs.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor security cameras and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Handle guest inquiries and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Prepare reports and perform night audit tasks.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized.
• Assist in preparing for the next day\'s operations.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience as a Night Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in English at a conversational level.
• Team player with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
