Working knowledge of creating, deploying, and troubleshooting NICE CXone studio scripts Take end to end responsibility for the initial building, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the NICE CXone CCaaS (Contact Center as a Software) Experience in implementing capabilities including (but not limited to): Omni-channel Queuing, routing, and Social Media management systems on enterprise level. Hands on experience with NICE CXOne agent softphone applications like MAX. Experienced with NICE CXone reporting capabilities. Experienced in Agile development methodology. \'
